I love my job because of all the wonderful people I work with on the perioperative team here at CM!\" </strong><strong>-Landon Streed C-AA</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Highlights:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>$30,000 Sign-On Bonus</li>\n <li>Exceptional Work-Life Balance</li>\n <li>Premium pay for any hours worked beyond expected clinical work week</li>\n <li>Eligible for extra shift work and compensation</li>\n <li>Very minimal call - shared weekday call, average 8 days per year from home, plus additional pay if called in</li>\n <li>Outstanding benefits - malpractice coverage, employer-matched retirement, onsite childcare, onsite gym, and free covered parking. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Our anesthesia care team provides services in Missouri at our main campus and across the state line at CMK. We offer a high level of acuity, coverage of all specialties, and encourage autonomy and growth. Anesthetists have a variety of shifts available, including 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, and average 8 weekend day call shifts per year. No weekday or weekend call.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The anesthesia care team at CMH includes physicians, anesthetists, residents, and fellows. Anesthetists serve as paid preceptors to rotating anesthesia students and have opportunities to serve on department and hospital-wide committees. If you and have any concerns about receiving these vaccines, medical and/or religious exemptions can be further discussed with Human Resources.</em></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>- Clinical Practice: expertly provides anesthesia services as delineated by the collaborative practice agreement for the patient/family which promotes optimal patient outcomes.\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Master's Degree Graduated from a nurse anesthesia program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or by its successor agency. and No Experience necessary / On-the-Job Training</li>\n <li>One of the following: Licensed RN - MO, Registered Nurse Multistate License Missouri required upon hire</li>\n <li>One of the following: Licensed RN - Kansas, Registered Nurse Multistate License Kansas required upon hire</li>\n <li>RN Compact license for all states besides KS and MO</li>\n <li>Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist</li>\n <li>Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist KS</li>\n <li>Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Missouri Required Upon Hire</li>\n <li>Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Kansas Required Upon Hire</li>\n <li>Refer to Nursing and Advanced Practice Provider Licensure and Certification policy for required Life Support Certifications.
