I love my job because of all the wonderful people I work with on the perioperative team here at CM!" -Landon Streed C-AA Position Highlights: $30,000 Sign-On Bonus Exceptional Work-Life Balance Premium pay for any hours worked beyond expected clinical work week Eligible for extra shift work and compensation Very minimal call - shared weekday call, average 8 days per year from home, plus additional pay if called in Outstanding benefits - malpractice coverage, employer-matched retirement, onsite childcare, onsite gym, and free covered parking. Our anesthesia care team provides services in Missouri at our main campus and across the state line at CMK. We offer a high level of acuity, coverage of all specialties, and encourage autonomy and growth. Anesthetists have a variety of shifts available, including 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, and average 8 weekend day call shifts per year. No weekday or weekend call. The anesthesia care team at CMH includes physicians, anesthetists, residents, and fellows. Anesthetists serve as paid preceptors to rotating anesthesia students and have opportunities to serve on department and hospital-wide committees.
