    "description": "<p>Reedsburg Area Medical Center is looking for a Registered Dietitian to join their team! </p>\n<p>Sign-on Bonus Available! </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>In this role, you will use the Nutrition Care Process to perform nutrition screenings and assessments, develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans, deliver patient and family education, and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient outcomes.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You’ll work with a diverse range of patient populations, which may include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inpatient units (ICU, Med/Surg, Birth Center – 25 total beds)</li>\n<li>Cardiac &amp; Pulmonary Rehabilitation</li>\n<li>General Outpatient</li>\n<li>Skilled Nursing &amp; Rehabilitation</li>\n<li>Group classes and education programs</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This position also supports the Nutrition &amp; Culinary Services leadership team with planning and implementing therapeutic diets and IDDSI textures throughout the organization. Additional duties may be assigned by the Lead Dietitian.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Relationships</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reports to: Lead Dietitian</li>\n<li>Collaborates with: Nutrition &amp; Culinary Services leadership, hospitalists, nursing staff, therapists, pharmacists, SLPs, and other interdisciplinary team members</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Primary Customers Served</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adult patients (19–65 years)</li>\n<li>Geriatric patients (66+ years)</li>\n<li>Patients, families, and visitors</li>\n<li>RAMC employees and staff</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education &amp; Training Requirements</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field</li>\n<li>Credentialed Registered Dietitian or exam-eligible with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (must obtain RD credential within 3 months of hire)</li>\n<li>Current Wisconsin Dietitian License</li>\n<li>BLS certification (within 3 months of hire)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field</li>\n<li>Minimum 1 year of clinical dietetics experience</li>\n<li>Experience with EPIC and ECS charting systems</li>\n<li>Knowledge of IDDSI texture and diet modifications</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience recommended but not required</li>\n<li>At least 2 years of long-term care experience preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Special Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li>\n<li>Effective time management</li>\n<li>Ability to collaborate and work well within a multidisciplinary team</li>\n<li>Professional, compassionate, and patient-centered approach</li>\n</ul>",
