    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;\">Job Location : Clark Global City, Pampanga</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Overview: </span>The main role of the IT Administrator – End User Computing is to maintain TRT Internal computing environment by identifying system requirements, monitoring hardware and software performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operation.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;\">Key Deliverables:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;\">Provide end-user support such as but not limited to:</span></li>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;\">Computer support, deployment, reformat/refresh, remote assistance support.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">Hardware support of IT equipment (Access Point, CCTV, Printer, IP Phones, etc.)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">Standard application support (Microsoft Office, NetSuite, Other critical applications)</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">Setting up credentials for applications used within TRT</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">Troubleshooting all kinds of applications, systems, and services</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">Develop creative solutions to unexpected problems, working with different teams throughout the company</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">Document and updates procedures and guides</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">Serves as a point of contact for external vendors</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">Multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and timeliness.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;\">Professional Capabilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or engineering.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">Minimum experience of 3 years in IT Administration.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">Excellent communication (verbal/written), creative problem-solving abilities, relationship and customer service skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">The ability to provide documentation relevant to different audiences (technical and management).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">System Administration, Developing Standards, LAN Knowledge, Active Directory Servers, VMWare, Multi-tasking, On-Call, Networking Knowledge, Network Hardware Configuration, Network Maintenance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">Experience in deploying and configuring laptop and desktop computers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">Knowledge in operating systems including Windows Server 2016/2019 Windows 7/10, Linux, Mac OS, Android, IOS.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">Knowledge in applications including Active Directory, Optus Loop (IP Phones), SonicWall VPN, SharePoint, O365/Exchange Administration, PowerShell, NetSuite ERP, Virtual Machines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">Hardware Knowledge (Servers, Switches, Firewall, Workstations, UPS, Network Printers, Networking equipment).</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\"> </span></p>",
