As the VIP Sales Executive, you will be responsible for educating and selling the Vacation Introductory Program to our guests. Why You'll Love Working with Us: Exciting earning potential of $150,000 and above. Outstanding health care options that all team members are eligible for starting day 1 of employment (medical, dental, and vision that encourage preventative care). Paid Time Off (PTO) that allows for adventure, rest, relaxation and recuperation. All new Team Members are automatically enrolled in the HGV Retirement Savings Plan. Our Go Hilton Team Member Travel Program offers up to 30 room nights per year at highly discounted rates and 50% off at participating hotel-operated restaurants. Pass the savings on to family and friends since HGV allows you to share up to 70 additional discounted room nights per year. And so much more! Responsibilities What You'll Do : Educate and Sell Vacation Introductory Packages to guests Complete Vacation Program agreements in accordance with the rules Make required presentation to guests Survey toured guests, gathering their thoughts about Hilton VIP products and presentations Meet and maintain metrics for success in this role Ability to resolve complex customer service issues Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment Qualifications What You'll Bring: High School Degree/GED or higher 5+ years of customer service experience 1-3 years sales experience required (3+ years of sales experience preferred) Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Active Nevada Timeshare or Real Estate license preferred Previous experience in branded vacation ownership preferred We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
