Conduct thorough inspections and ensure repairs meet top safety and performance standards. Document all work—notes, photos, and diagrams—to support efficient follow-ups. Maintain strong communication with customers and teammates, always providing top-notch service. Identify customer needs and offer thoughtful, solution-driven recommendations. Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and professionalism at every job site. Continuously grow your skills and knowledge to stay sharp and industry-ready. ✅ What You Bring to the Team Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (MVR). Experience in garage door installation/repair (preferred). Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work comfortably on ladders. Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication, organization, and customer service abilities. Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent.
