Staff members have consistent assignments so they're caring for the same residents as often as possible. A homelike environment and team atmosphere are created, which ultimately leads to the best care for each of our residents.</p>\n<p>We are seeking talented individuals to join our team at our Florence Home location. Qualified candidates must have a passion for working with the elderly and be committed to upholding our core values of Integrity, Dignity, Teamwork, and Compassion.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Shifts Available:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hours will vary 7A to 3P. And/Or 11A to 7P. Weekends and Holidays</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pay is based on experience</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Our Work Environment Includes:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professional Growth Opportunities</li>\n<li>Employee Recognition Program</li>\n<li>Social Events</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">As a Dietary Aide, you will:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make our residents feel at home by treating them with patience and sensitivity</li>\n<li>Provide excellent service to residents, and customer service skills</li>\n<li>Will deliver meals to residents in a way that preserves the dignity of the resident</li>\n<li>Ensure resident safety</li>\n<li>Go above and beyond your assigned duties to help with any reasonable resident or teammate request</li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We require our Dietary employees to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a High school diploma or equivalent, preferred</li>\n<li>Be able to fluently read, write, speak and understand English</li>\n<li>Be able to follow time schedules for meal preparation and serving</li>\n<li>Maintains a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance</li>\n<li>Arrive on time for shifts and work as scheduled</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You may also apply in person at Florence home (7915 N 30th St, Omaha, Nebraska) Between the hours of 8:30AM and 3:00PM; Monday -Friday</span></p>\n<p>Note: This job description may not encompass all the duties required for this position.
