Great Location, Compensation and Quality of Life Position with Full Autonomy!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation Outline:  </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Base Salary: $315,000 Annually </li>\n <li>PTO: 17 weeks/year </li>\n <li>Sign-On: Up to $75,000 for a 3-year commitment</li>\n <li>Additional Perks:  NorthStar’s Standard Benefits, Retirement, CEUs</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Overview of Practice Description: </u></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Anesthesia \"Team\":</strong> 3 Full-Time, Fully Independent CRNAs, working together to deliver quality care.
