    "description": "<h2>Subsidiary</h2>OmniSource\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>HR Business Analyst Intern will work closely with the Human Resources team on items pertaining to technology and assisting with providing solutions for our teams to view and understand data. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Design, development, and maintenance of BI reports and dashboards with key HR data and metrics. </li>\n <li>Collaborate with HR Team to define reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy. </li>\n <li>Assist with creation of and maintaining SharePoint pages.</li>\n <li>Research trends to assist HR department </li>\n <li>Assist with HR Systems projects (ATS, Performance Vendor, etc.) </li>\n <li>Create, edit and audit creation of SOP's for software processes </li>\n <li>Assist with other HR Projects including, but not limited to, the hiring process </li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Candidate should be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program</li>\n <li>GPA of 2.75 or above</li>\n <li>Strong working knowledge with Power Bi</li>\n <li>Strong work ethic and attention for details</li>\n <li>Creative problem solving </li>\n <li>Ability to work 40 hours per week throughout the summer</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills to successfully interact with employees and management</li>\n <li>Strong comprehension skills</li>\n <li>Strong computer skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office</li>\n <li>Ability to complete assignments in a timely manner with attention to detail</li>\n <li>Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Steel Dynamics, Inc., and all affiliated entities are equal opportunity employers. </strong></em></p>",
