K–12 educators, retirees, veterans, interns, and students are exempt from the deposit.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>JerseySTEM is looking for talented professionals across our departments to commit time and energy as long-term engagement for our mission to provide STEM education to underrepresented middle school girls.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The iCIMS Lead </strong><strong>is the “owner” or subject matter expert of the iCIMS applicant tracking system and requires at least one year of recent experience using iCIMS as a system administrator</strong>. This position takes on the responsibility of ensuring the meticulous alignment of accurate best practice business processes, workflows, and critical system dependencies within the iCIMS ATS.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Project planning, control, and leadership of assigned projects in the development and implementation of the HR System. </li>\n <li>Will be the main point of contact between iCIMS.</li>\n <li>Partner with leaders across the organization to develop and deliver HR related communications</li>\n <li>Conduct a project “Kick-Off” meeting with the Project Team iCIMS.  </li>\n <li>Direct project activities and co-ordinate the work of the HRIS Team, through Department Managers Supervisors, to ensure that objectives are accomplished in accordance with established priorities. </li>\n <li>Coordinate the concurrent development of design and build activities. </li>\n <li>Monitor progress of the project during design, build and installation by reviewing the performance of the team members against the project schedule. </li>\n <li>Serve as the primary interface with iCIMS on day to day issues. </li>\n <li>Develop project plans and monitor progress of ATS/HRIS initiatives. </li>\n <li>Responsible for training the Trainers on iCIMS system and processes. </li>\n <li><strong>5-6 hours/week; 6-12 months commitment</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Minimum of one year of recent experience using iCIMS.</strong></li>\n <li>Experience in leading an operations team</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively conduct virtual presentations and training sessions.</li>\n <li>Experience in understanding and translating the priorities of the business and integrating the HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Search Word</h2>#OPT1#",
