Follow all work instructions in order to ensure a safe work environment and quality is being achieved throughout the production process.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">THIS IS A 3 MONTH PLUS CONTRACT POSITION AT GALVION</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SPECIFIC ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assemble and test all electromechanical assemblies release to production.</li>\n<li>Solder components to specifications required.</li>\n<li>Accurately record work performed in the build log database.</li>\n<li>Abide by all processes established within the work cell to safely complete all tasks.</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean work area daily.</li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Knowledge, Skill &amp; Experience Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-3 years’ experience of strong assembly skills in a manufacturing environment.</li>\n<li>Ability to follow work instructions, drawings, wire diagrams, etc. required.</li>\n<li>Ability to use basic hand tools in a production environment.</li>\n<li>Soldering Certification strongly desired</li>\n<li>Willing and able to safely complete all given tasks in order to reach the team/company goals.</li>\n<li>Individual must be able to maintain professionalism while working in a strong team environment.</li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and self-management of daily tasks are required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work environment (</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">include physical requirements) </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manufacturing environment.</li>\n<li>Must wear safety glasses while working in the manufacturing area.</li>\n<li>Able to display long periods of sitting, standing, and repetitive motion.</li>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em> </em><br><em> </em></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Galvion provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
