We are known for producing high-quality, precision-engineered products that meet the most rigorous industry standards. We are seeking a highly skilled Master MIG/TIG Welder to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with advanced welding expertise who thrives in a precision-driven, quality-focused environment. Key Skills & Essential Functions Precision Welding: Execute high-quality MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welds on steel, stainless, and high-nickel alloys. Blueprint Reading: Interpret advanced technical drawings, engineering blueprints, and AWS welding symbols . Custom Fabrication: Perform complex fit-up, layout, and assembly of large-scale industrial components. Quality Compliance: Ensure all work meets or exceeds ASME standards. Tool Proficiency: Utilize precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and combination squares. Competencies and Attributes Needed: Workmanship must meet or exceed ASME and AWS requirements. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Accountability on projects with little oversight on non-ASME projects. Passion to learn and grow. Accountability to the team by holding to attendance requirements.
