Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.&nbsp;</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package with generous PTO, sick leave and paid Holidays</li><li>Ongoing professional development, training and education.<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><u>Position Summary:</u></strong>&nbsp;</p><p><span>This tech savvy, people-facing member of the Education and Training team delivers high-energy, interactive career readiness, life skills and staff professional development workshops through groups and digital platforms.</span></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><span>Delivers workshops and training, and individual sessions with participants as needed, to assist them in improving their well-being and assisting Career Advisor with producing tailored work focused action plans when needed.</span></li><li><span>Conducts workshops on topics such as career development The Power of Possible, stress management, conflict resolution, communication skills, digital literacy skills, English language skills, conflict resolution, parenting skills, and others.</span></li><li><span>Conducts staff training during the initial onboarding phase and delivers continued professional development throughout the year.</span></li><li><span>Meets with participants 1:1 to discuss and explore options for further education and training.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Maintains Participant records in FedcapCARES to ensure the Participant journey is documented in accordance with contractual requirements and quality standards.</span></li><li><span>Meets personal performance targets, KPIs and all quality and compliance measures by delivering high quality employability provision to participants, both remotely and face to face</span></li><li><span>When delivering training remotely ensures appropriate digital technologies are utilized in an environment that supports privacy and confidentiality of attendees</span></li><li><span>Assist participants and staff in using technology, including working with them in the business networking centers.</span></li><li><span>Plans and assists in development of content and materials needed for each workshop by conducting research of best practices for working with adult learners.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Assigns activities and learning assignments to participants and tracks progress and completion.</span></li><li><span>Attend evaluation and training team meetings weekly and give feedback to the team on which participants are ready to work, and any other relevant information pertinent to participant obtaining employment.</span></li><li><span>Conducts academic, aptitude and interest evaluations and makes recommendations for further education, job training and employment.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Evaluates credentials attained in other countries and assesses their alignment with US/local employment and educational requirements.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Promotes Fedcap Inc. positively at every opportunity with participants coworkers and external stakeholders, understanding and articulating the full services and benefits we offer to customers.</span></li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, vocational rehabilitation, life skills coaching, human services, or related field and/ or equivalent work experience.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Two years of adult teaching experience, workshop facilitation or workforce development coaching.</span></li><li><span>Or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.</span></li><li><span>Experience working with public assistance recipients, homeless, formally incarcerated, individuals with disabilities and/or those affected by the challenges associated with poverty a plus.</span></li></ul><p><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>Compensation &amp;
