You will oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and capital projects. The position requires close collaboration with client leadership and Sodexo teams to ensure operational excellence. From restaurants to delivery options, to streamlined operations and cutting-edge technology, Sodexo creates a safe, vibrant, and eco-friendly workplace.  </p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead all facilities operations across a large campus (48 acres under roof / 65 acres total), including maintenance, engineering, and workplace services</li>\n <li>Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive, corrective, and project maintenance using CMMS systems (SAP/Maximo)</li>\n <li>Manage all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs, including regulatory compliance, audits, incident investigations, safety training, and risk mitigation initiatives</li>\n <li>Direct vendors, contractors, and frontline teams, including staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with GMP, OSHA, environmental regulations, and site-specific safety and quality standards</li>\n <li>Monitor KPIs, conduct site inspections, and provide regular performance updates to client and Sodexo leadership</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
