    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong>:</p><p>A Production Worker, under moderate supervision, prepares, labels, fills, and packs products. &nbsp;The Production Worker also assembles packaging, packages filled containers and places finished goods on pallets. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Assist Machine Operators as requested. &nbsp;This includes but is not limited to gathering packaging materials, putting inserts into bottles, hand capping bottles, putting trigger sprayers on bottles, etc. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Organize and kit labels according to batch ticket. &nbsp;</li><li>Use batch tickets to verify correct labels for packaging and placing labels onto packages. &nbsp;</li><li>Request labels for production when needed. &nbsp;</li><li>Fold packaging inserts.</li><li>Assemble packing cartons, pack filled bottles, place finished goods on pallets. &nbsp;</li><li>Complete PTOs (Package to Order) and Repack jobs as assigned. &nbsp;</li><li>Unload drum truck and potentially other material deliveries as needed either by hand, or hand cart.</li><li>Maintain a high-quality standard.</li><li>Maintain work area in accordance with established housekeeping procedures and requirements to ensure a safe and clean work environment.</li><li>Perform such similar comparable or related duties, as required.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>EDUCATION/&nbsp;</strong><strong>SPECIAL LICENSES OR CERTIFICATION</strong><strong>:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED equivalent required.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>EXPERIENCE:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment preferred.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>SKILLS:</strong></p><ul><li>Need to have a strong ability to read and comprehend English</li><li>Manual dexterity</li><li>Ability to multitask</li><li>Knowledge of basic mathematics&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to problem solve</li><li>Forklift experience preferred, but not required</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>COMPETENCIES: &nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Safety Oriented</li><li>Detail oriented</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Action oriented</li><li>Critical thinking</li><li>Product knowledge</li><li>Technical skills</li><li>Drive for results</li><li>Effective communication (verbal &amp; written)</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ WORKING CONDITIONS: &nbsp;</strong></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. &nbsp;Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Stand for extended periods of time</li><li>Visual acuity necessary to read labels, tickets, etc.</li><li>Proximity to chemicals, with potential exposure to chemicals and chemical odors.&nbsp;</li><li>Proximity to forklift traffic.&nbsp;</li><li>Occasional extra hours.</li><li>Lifting up to 55 lbs. is required.</li><li>Required use of personal protective equipment. &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong>&nbsp; Employee shall be familiar and comply with all safety policies and procedures of the company.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p></div></div>\n",
