The ideal candidate will be able to successfully perform within tight deadlines, manage multiple projects, and work comfortably in a fast-paced, detail orientated environment.<br><br><strong>Perks of the Job:</strong></p><ul><li>Hourly pay</li><li>No nights or weekends</li><li>Dispatched from your home</li><li>Company van</li></ul><p><b>Principle Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to docks (plates, levelers, shelters, etc.) and doors ensuring safe and operational.</li><li>Troubleshoot/diagnosis equipment and accessories to determine malfunction and proper resolutions.</li><li>Installation of doors including, pedestrian, high speed, glass, sectional, rolling, overhead or bay doors, etc.</li><li>Run low voltage wiring and on occasion hardwire commercial operators or dock equipment to junction boxes.</li><li>Provide exceptional, professional, and clear communication to customers during all field visits</li><li>Maintains parts and supplies inventory in service truck.</li><li>Drive to customer locations to perform duties outlined.</li></ul><p><b>Education/Experience:</b></p><ul><li>Experience working with docks and/or doors preferred but not required</li><li>Ability and willingness to work at heights of up to 40’ with proper use of safety equipment</li><li>Able to utilize basic shop equipment and various hand tools a plus</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve a must</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills</li><li>Highly motivated, well-organized, and quality focused</li><li>Customer service driven</li><li>Capable of using tablets to record service updates</li></ul>",
