This position is responsible for performing repairs electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software, make technical reports, planning the tasks to make repair procedures on the time previews , execute tasks with a better quality service, Perform basic inspections, Basic Knowing tools: compressor, lathe, drilling, and welding machines, lifting and transport method, Having the knowledge about MANITOWOC procedures to assembly, maintain, and repair cranes, Build a trustful list of parts and services necessary to repair MANITOWOC equipment. Have a polite behavior to customers even so in pressure situation, proactive attitudes, ability to transfer knowledge, comply with the Quality Policy and Environmental Policy, Occupational Safety and Health, participate in process improvement integration with other areas. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Comply with all health and safety regulations pertaining to work assignments. - Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic repairs , aided per software. - Perform thecnical deliveries, and warranty process for a reman parts, new equipment and refurbish equipment. - Perform crane evaluation, with the goal of enabling the equipment repair or refurbish, without losing the quality and reliability. - Make evaluation of equipment, with parts and services list. - Work on support for the customers, coworkers, partners with technical questions and performing repair procedures. Job Requirements/Working Conditions: - Technical Degree - Desirable English language. - Background based on electronic, plus a knowledge on hydraulic and mechanical is wanted. - Good to have good communication, continuous improvement, adaptability, self-motivation, planning and organization, teamwork, customer focus, contributing to team success.
