We are seeking a dynamic and experienced </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Supervisor</span> to lead our dedicated team to new heights.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold;\">GENERAL JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARY</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The Supervisor is responsible for the customer’s experience in the Branch and the process of returns to ensure the branch’s sales and refund targets are met. He/she will organise and coordinate all operational activities infrastructure, resources, personnel and systems so as to support the best possible sales experience for the customer.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold;\">CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"> Responsible for the leadership of the customer experience in branch </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"> Maintain staff job results by motivating, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees and by planning, monitoring, and appraising job results to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"> Produce accurate reports and statistics and submit on or before the required timeline. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"> Set up proper lines of communications to ensure there is effective information flow within the branch.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"> Management of branch UTL.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"> Monitor the sales, cashier, delivery clerks and warehouse team members to ensure service delivery is optimal and in keeping with company standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"> Practice proper inventory management by conducting monthly physical counts, reconciling variances and inputting data.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"> Perform any other related duties as may be assigned.</span><span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold;\">QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"> Associate Degree/Diploma in Business Administration </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"> At least 2 years’ experience at the supervisor level in the retail industry </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"> Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft excel and word</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"> Proven ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold;\">WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"> Exposure to mental stress </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"> High pressure environment </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"> Required to work beyond normal working hours on occasions. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"> Required to work on alternate weekends. </span></li>\n</ul>",
