      "content": "<li>Develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs to ensure compliance with  local, state, federal, and ISO regulations.</li><li>Design strategies to continuously improve safety performance and foster a safety  culture within the manufacturing site. </li><li>Coordinate and execute corrective and preventative action plans to close any gaps  found through internal and external auditing programs. </li><li>Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact  of manufacturing operations. Set and track sustainability goals related to energy  consumption, waste reduction, and resource efficiency.</li><li>Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards in the workplace and  implement measures to control and mitigate identified risks. </li><li>Continuously monitor production activities for adherence to safety practices. </li><li>Create and update safety policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory  requirements and industry best practices. </li><li>Communicate and train employees on safety protocols and emergency procedures.</li>"

      "content": "<li>Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science or  related field; or 3+ years of related experience. </li><li>Professional certification in EHS (e.g., CSP, CIH) is highly desirable. </li><li>Working knowledge of ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) and  ISO45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) certification processes. </li><li>At least 3 years of experience in EHS leadership roles within a manufacturing  environment. </li><li>In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal EHS regulations, environmental  compliance, sustainability practices, and ISO standards.</li>"
