Patient care is provided under the direction and supervision of a Licensed Nurse.&nbsp;The PCA is to assist the nurses in preparing needed records for the care and treatment of patients. They are also responsible for telephone communications, communications between the patients and physicians and/ or nurses and between the different nursing units and other departments within the manner that is sensitive to patient diversity and age and maintains a safe, comfortable and therapeutic environment.&nbsp;</span></span></span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff;\"><span style=\"color:#222222;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Assists in the admission, transfer and discharge of style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Accurately takes and records vital signs, height, weight, intake and output, nutritional intake, and other measurements as
