    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Scope of Responsibilities: </strong>Direct involvement in Noble Health Services Clinical Management Programs and accreditation requirements.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary: </strong>Facilitate Clinical Management Programs in a call center environment across multiple disease states.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for clinical and operational support of Noble Health Services Clinical and Patient Management Programs</li>\n <li>Oversight of clinical decision making and accountability to the organization for those decisions</li>\n <li>Responsible for patient drug utilization reviews and analysis</li>\n <li>Responsible for adverse event reporting</li>\n <li>Responsible for assisting in the implementation of enhanced services programs</li>\n <li>Responsible for developing and presenting/scheduling educational programs for staff</li>\n <li>Responsible for providing clinical research services to support providers and patients</li>\n <li>Responsible for suggesting appropriate alternative therapies when warranted</li>\n <li>Responsible for keeping current with changes and trends in the industry</li>\n <li>Responsible for assisting to ensure that our clinical management program is compliant with the most current standards set by our accreditation bodies</li>\n <li>Responsible for Periodic consultation with practitioners in the field</li>\n <li>Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Educational Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy preferred</li>\n <li>Current unrestricted Pharmacist license in North Carolina and other states as required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Experience Preferred:</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Preferred: 1-2 Years of experience in a specialty/managed care setting</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>                       </strong>1-2 Years of practice in a traditional retail setting performing MTM’s</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Skills Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong Communication Skills, must be able to effectively communicate both on the phone and in group settings </li>\n <li>Clinical Research Skills must be able to use all available resources to answer questions posed</li>\n <li>Qualifications to perform clinical oversight for the services provided </li>\n <li>Post-graduate experience in patient care</li>\n <li>Strong Microsoft Office skills</li>\n <li>Strong Public Speaking skills </li>\n <li>Must be able to work independently</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>$65.00-65.86 per hour.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience, and education.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state</strong><strong>,</strong><strong> and federal regulations as it pertains to minimum wage requirements</strong><strong>.</strong></p>",
