In this role, you will be managing the program schedule for educational facilities project on Primavera (P6) within a team. You will monitor the Critical Path and Earned value throughout the projects. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">ABOUT YOU<br></span></span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">You are a professional with minimum of 5 years of </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">full time paid professional experience in Construction Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor, preferably in an educational facility or public works projects. S</span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">cheduling proficiency in Primavera l</span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">atest version and MS Office Suite </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">program for construction projects. You have maintained construction schedules to keep the project on time for the construction staff to stay on schedule. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Develops and maintains program schedules identifying relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints for construction projects of various types.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Independently interprets and reads detailed construction drawings (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, etc.) and develops a clear understanding of work scope.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Reviews Contractor’s Baseline schedule submissions and verifies that all work scope is identified properly and logically sequenced correctly; provides written detailed schedule review comments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Performs QA/QC on contractor schedule submittals for conformance with the contract, reviews critical path, cost loading, resource loading of man-hours, schedule content, recovery schedules, use of logic relationships, lead/lags, constraints and milestones.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Performs schedule Time Impact Analysis for any change orders that affect the construction schedule; conducts schedule negotiations with the OAR and the contractor for any delay time settlements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Reads drawings to determine if work is in or out of scope and understands terms and conditions of the contract to determine if any compensable or non-compensable time extensions have merit.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Performs Critical Path analysis and Earned Value analysis.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Walks the construction sites as needed and checks the contractor’s weekly/monthly schedule progress; provides reports to the project OAR and upper management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Effectively communicates with the Contractor regarding all schedule/progress related matters and concerns in the weekly status meetings and all other schedule related meetings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Performs Program Schedule QA/QC reviews on a regular basis.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Performs status updates for Program Schedules/Master Schedules on a bi-monthly basis.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ensures proper use of Program-level standard codes, layouts and reports necessary to ensure data integrity.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Serves as a liaison between project teams, department leadership and the Program &amp; Project Controls department.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Prepares reports as needed and directed by Management.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Superior organizational and planning skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Understanding of theories, principles and practices of cost engineering, scheduling, and schedule forensics.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">You must have one of the following:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">        OR</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in any course, but with additional two (2) years of experience in Construction Scheduling to compensate for the required education.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Citadel is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace environment.
