This is a temporary person covering for someone who will need time off. The dates they need are June 3rd, 6th, 8th, 9th, 10th, and 13th from 8am-5pm. The candidate to hire must understand that the principal has dementia.  You must have companion experience.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Being kind, loving, gracious, a good conversationalist, and efficient</li>\n <li>Strong, he is a very large, tall man</li>\n <li>Taking him to the bathroom, washing him up, and getting him dressed</li>\n <li>Being really attentive, such as getting water, helping him around, and on nice days, taking him to sit outside</li>\n <li>The principal is hard of hearing, so clear spoken English is required</li>\n <li>Light errands might be needed</li>\n <li>Making the bed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have elderly care on your resume</li>\n <li>Someone who has confidence, attention to detail, and empathy</li>\n <li>Experience with this situation is necessary </li>\n <li>Comfortable in an environment where you must navigate difficult things whilst remaining pleasant and empathetic</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary and Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>$45/hr</li>\n</ul>",
