At each of the five program areas (aquatics, leadership, sports, knowledge is power, and art) campers engage in quality programming and learn the skills they need to succeed outside of camp. Our core values of fun, respect, responsibility, character, courage, and community drive the camp experience and create a safe, fun environment for campers to develop as young leaders. (middle school aged)</span><span> of all abilities in successfully </span><span>participating</span><span> in camp activities, support may be provided in a one to one or small group setting;</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Review in camper data to better understand </span><span>campers that may </span><span>benefit</span><span> from</span><span> </span><span>additional</span><span> supports while at camp and support the implementation of those supports by informing Team Leaders and Group Leaders in direct work with that camper;</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Identify</span><span> and implement strategies that support campers with </span><span>Autism</span><span>, ADHD, </span><span>anxiety disorders, </span><span>and other abilities to thrive at camp;</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Create and support spaces that provide social-emotional or therapeutic supports for campers across camp, including sensory break spaces, quiet meal spaces, etc.;</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Provide conflict resolution and mediation for campers using restorative justice practices, ensuring all parties feel heard, understood, and safe;</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support the development and growth of a positive camp culture by providing </span><span>additional</span><span> support to campers and colleagues as needed and at community-wide events, including, but not limited to, performances, lunch, and the ferry; </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><span>Collaborate across teams to improve camp:</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Communicate with other teams, including administrative leadership, camper support, and Family Services </span><span>regarding</span><span> campers who may require </span><span>additional</span><span> support and resources;</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Assess how program areas</span><span> and partners</span><span> can offer modifications to programming to ensure inclusive participation by campers, supporting the implementation of these modifications;</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Other duties that support the Camp Harbor View community age;</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>B.A or B.S. in </span><span>Social Work or a related field</span><span>;</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience in </span><span>supporting children using </span><span>youth development principles;</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ability to work with youth with </span><span>different abilities;</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong interpersonal and communication skills;</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ability to work
