This role requires a deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>- Perform regular maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment, including preventative maintenance tasks.</p><p>- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on production equipment.</p><p>- Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and blueprints to perform required maintenance and service.</p><p>- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and control systems.</p><p>- Conduct equipment inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.</p><p>- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols.</p><p>- Document all repairs, maintenance, and inspections in a detailed and timely manner.</p><p>- Collaborate with production staff and other technicians to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.</p><p>- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance or related field preferred or experience in the trades.</p><p>- 3+ years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role. (preferred)</p><p>- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.</p><p>- Experience with PLCs, control systems, and automated machinery.</p><p>- Proficient in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.</p><p>- General computer (Microsoft) and Apple iPad knowledge preferred</p><p>- Knowledge in Enterprise Asset Management software is a plus&nbsp;</p><p>- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</p><p>- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.</p><p>- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><p>- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.</p><p>- Ability to stand, walk, and work in various positions for extended periods.</p><p>- Must be able to work in environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, and around heavy machinery.</p><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div>\n",
