In a 24/7 in-bound contact center environment, Technical Support personnel diagnose potential technical or network related issues and guide members through step-by-step solutions for all lines of business. For this role, you also must have: Completed a high school degree or GED Customer service skills A solid understanding of the latest technology Experience with troubleshooting wired and wireless routers, modems, and other internet devices Be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays What makes our Technical Support team successful?
