font-size: 24pt\">About Your Role</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">The Education Construction Manager supports K–12 educational facility projects throughout the U.S. Virgin Islands by providing construction oversight, owner’s representative services, quality management, stakeholder coordination, and contract administration throughout all phases of construction.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">This role works closely with program leadership, contractors, consultants, school representatives, and government stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contract requirements, resilience standards, and federal funding guidelines.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 24pt\">What You’ll Need to Get the Job Done</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">7+ years of construction management experience, preferably with vertical, educational, or public-sector facilities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Demonstrated experience managing multi-contractor construction programs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Strong understanding of construction sequencing, QA/QC, safety, and contract administration.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Proficiency with construction management software including Procore, eBuilder, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Experience with K–12 school construction, hurricane-resilient design, or coastal/island environments preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Familiarity with FEMA Public Assistance, CDBG-DR/MIT, HUD requirements, and federal procurement regulations preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Experience working in the U.S. Virgin Islands or Caribbean region preferred.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 24pt\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt\">Construction Oversight &amp; Field Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Lead day-to-day construction oversight for assigned K–12 school projects across St. Thomas, St. Croix, and St. John.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Monitor contractor performance, sequencing, safety, quality, and adherence to approved plans and specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Validate progress against project schedules, milestone dates, and critical path activities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Conduct regular site walks, issue field reports, and track non-conformance items through resolution.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt\">Owner’s Representative Functions</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Represent the SPMO and VIDE during construction meetings, progress reviews, and field coordination sessions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ensure contractor compliance with contract documents, USVI building codes, and federal funding requirements including FEMA PA, CDBG-DR/MIT, and HUD 24 CFR 58.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Support program leadership in enforcing contractual obligations and performance standards.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt\">Schedule, Cost &amp; Change Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Review contractor schedules, preferably in Primavera P6, for sequencing, logic, and feasibility.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Validate pay applications, percent-complete assessments, and stored materials documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Support change order evaluations including scope validation, cost reasonableness, and schedule impact analysis.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Coordinate with Project Controls teams to maintain accurate forecasts, reporting, and risk logs.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
