We’re looking for a high-performing Executive/Senior Underwriter to join our team and play a critical role in driving profitable growth and strengthening broker partnerships.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage and grow a profitable book of Allied Healthcare Excess business</li>\n <li>Underwrite complex primary and excess risks across E&S lines</li>\n <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale brokers</li>\n <li>Serve as a technical expert on coverage, pricing, and underwriting strategy</li>\n <li>Lead underwriting activities including new business, renewals, and pricing</li>\n <li>Identify trends, emerging risks, and opportunities to enhance portfolio performance</li>\n <li>Collaborate cross-functionally (claims, product, leadership) to inform decisions</li>\n <li>Mentor and coach junior underwriters and contribute to team development</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years of Allied Healthcare liability underwriting experience</li>\n <li>Strong background in Excess & Surplus (E&S) lines and wholesale distribution</li>\n <li>Expertise in Allied Healthcare Excess business</li>\n <li>Proven ability to drive profitable growth and broker engagement</li>\n <li>Advanced selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills</li>\n <li>Leadership experience with a passion for mentoring others</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree (Risk Management preferred)</li>\n <li>CPCU, ASLI, AU, or similar designations</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Company Details</h2>We do not accept unsolicited resumes from third party recruiting agencies or firms.
