disc;\"><li>Champion NGM's DNA, values, and Zero Harm culture through visible leadership and personal accountability.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide regular field presence to support, coach, and develop supervisors while ensuring work is executed safely and to standard.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead workforce planning activities including staffing, recruitment, training, competency development, and performance management.&nbsp;</li><li>Hold employees and leaders accountable to safety, operational, and behavioral expectations while addressing performance deficiencies in a timely manner. &nbsp;</li><li>Ensure clear, transparent, and effective communication across crews, shifts, departments, and leadership teams.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate detailed shift-to-shift pass-downs to ensure continuity of operations and execution of weekly plans.&nbsp;</li><li>Drive compliance to mine plans, production targets, and operational priorities while proactively resolving obstacles to execution.&nbsp;</li><li>Partner with Engineering, Geology, Geotechnical, Maintenance, and other stakeholders to develop and execute short- and long-range mine plans.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor and improve key operational performance indicators, providing accurate variance analysis and corrective action plans.&nbsp;</li><li>Enforce standards related to safety, ground support, ventilation, travelways, workplace conditions, and operational procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure effective stewardship of mining equipment, mobile fleet, infrastructure, and maintenance programs.&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in inspections, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to identify risks and improve operational performance.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage costs through efficient use of labor, consumables, materials, and equipment while minimizing waste and rework.&nbsp;</li><li>Promote a culture of ownership, teamwork, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across all areas of responsibility.&nbsp;</li><li>Support the related maintenance experience<strong> required</strong></span></li><li><span>Five (5) years of supervisory or lead experience <strong>preferred</strong></span></li><li><span>Experience in a planned maintenance environment<strong> preferred</strong></span></li><li><span>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics<strong> required</strong></span></li><li><span>Professional communication skills with various levels of employees both verbally and in writing<strong> required</strong></span></li><li><span>Excellent leadership skills and knowledge of influencing others<strong> required</strong></span></li><li><span>Performance of the essential job functions<strong> required</strong></span></li><li><span>Team based work skills<strong> required</strong></span></li><li><span>Proficient with basic computer software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.),<strong> required</strong></span></li><li><span>Valid driver’s license,
