          "text": "<p>Equinox's <strong>Sports Club Boston&#xa0;</strong>location is seeking a <strong>Group Reformer Pilates Instructor</strong>. The position entails the following responsibilities. This is not a complete description, and certain responsibilities may additionally be presented along the course of employment:</p><ul><li>Teach a small group authentic Pilates on a Reformer adhering to class guidelines</li><li>Deliver the Equinox Experience to our members in each class</li><li>Continuously monitor the exercise intensity throughout the duration of the class and modify for participants when necessary</li><li>Ensure classes are full as well as start and end on time</li><li>Teach respective classes on a regular basis and keep subbing to a minimum</li><li>Communicate with manager on member feedback, equipment and operational status, scheduling, and subbing</li></ul>",
