The family is open to the following options:Option A: 3 days per week at the residences, compensated at an hourly rate.Option B: 5 days per week, with 3 days at the residences and 2 days supporting the family gallery. This full-time position comes with an excellent benefits package.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Daily core tasks across both homes: tidying living areas, making beds, kitchen resets, basic laundry, plant care, and communication with the owners</li>\n <li>A dedicated laundry and bedroom day: changing bed linens, refreshing towels, full laundry and ironing cycles, and wardrobe organization</li>\n <li>A bathroom and kitchen day: deep cleaning all bathrooms, organizing food cupboards, wiping surfaces, and fridge maintenance</li>\n <li>A full reset day: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, refreshing flowers and plants, preparing both homes to a guest-ready standard, and finalizing all laundry and ironing</li>\n <li>Monthly, quarterly, and annual deep cleaning tasks, including window washing, upholstery care, mattress rotation, and full appliance review</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li> Discretion, professionalism, and an exceptional eye for detail are non-negotiable.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work closely with a team </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Extensive experience in formal, high-net-worth households</li>\n <li>Familiarity with fine art, luxury textiles, antiques, and historical architecture</li>\n <li>An impeccable standard of cleaning and household organization across multiple residences</li>\n <li>The highest level of discretion and respect for privacy</li>\n <li>Comfort working within a fully staffed, formal home environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary and Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Pay starts at $45+ per hour</li>\n</ul>",
