We’d love for you to join our team!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>B&amp;A is looking for a <strong>Release Train Engineer </strong>to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. The Release Train Engineer (RTE) facilitates Agile Release Train (ART) processes, ensuring coordinated delivery across teams supporting enterprise COTS applications.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Facilitate PI planning and Agile ceremonies</li><li>Coordinate dependencies across teams</li><li>Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement</li><li>Support alignment between business strategy and ART execution</li><li>Ensure compliance with Agile/SAFe principles</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in any field/major<br><em>OR Two (2) additional years of IT experience without a degree.</em></li><li>Three (3) years of experience as a SAFe RTE, Product Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master.</li><li>At least one (1) year as an RTE supporting enterprise COTS applications.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience facilitating <strong>PI Planning</strong> and key <strong>Agile/SAFe ceremonies</strong></li><li>Ability to coordinate <strong>dependencies</strong> across multiple Agile teams</li><li>Strong skills in <strong>identifying and removing impediments</strong> to team progress</li><li>Experience driving <strong>continuous improvement</strong> within an Agile Release Train</li><li>Knowledge and application of <strong>Agile and SAFe principles</strong></li><li>Ability to align ART execution with <strong>business and mission strategy</strong></li><li>Experience supporting <strong>enterprise COTS applications</strong> in an Agile environment</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills for working across cross-functional teams</li><li>Active <strong>Secret Clearance</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>ITIL v3 certification.</li><li>SAFe Release Train Engineer certification.</li></ul><p><strong>Security Clearance</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Must hold and an ACTIVE</strong> <strong>ACTIVE Top-Secret Clearance either with an SCI or SCI eligibility.</strong></li></ul><p><strong>More About B&amp;A:</strong></p><p><em><strong>Notable Clients</strong></em><br>B&amp;A has grown to be a company that is trusted by our clients for exceptional service, innovative solutions, and inspired employees.
