Beauty Barrage is a full-service strategic sales management team with Brand Ambassadors servicing doors across North America. Beauty Barrage works with some of the hottest brands in beauty today and provides in-store support in retailers like Sephora, ULTA, Bluemercury, and more! As an Events Coordinator, you will report to the Field Sales Director. The Events Coordinator drives sales and increases brand market share through Education and Events within various retailers. The Events Coordinator will drive the execution of event strategies and activations to exceed sales goals in the multi-retailer landscape. Building and maintaining strong partnerships with retailers and the Field Team will be critical to the success of this role. This position will also engage, coach, and develop the Field Team that supports Beauty Barrage client brands in all supported retailers.  It will focus on achieving sales and event-specific goals through the leadership of strategy for Education/Sales visits and event execution. Social media and product expertise will be a significant component of the role as a way to elevate the artistry and training presence on the team. Our Events Coordinator is expected to be a strong self-starter who has great confidence and persuasive communication skills. It is also essential that you can inspire, influence, and cultivate strong relationships as well as a contagious enthusiasm for the beauty industry. ***This is a hybrid role, with three office days and two days in the field*** *Beauty Barrage is women and minority-owned! As a Beauty Barrage Events Coordinator, you will: Coordinate pre-event timelines, asset deliverables, relationships, and event execution Attend/support in-field events Support the Field Sales Director with brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts collaboratively with Account management and the Regional Team. Attend bi-weekly event calls with the corporate team. Analyze and share learnings of the event execution's impact on sales. Gather collateral and owned tools from the Field Team. Collaborate with Account and Education coordinators to create and source additional event and education collateral for the Field Team. Support the Field Sales Director to ensure events are set up and executed to Beauty Barrage image standards. Other duties as instructed by the Beauty Barrage Leadership Team and Field Sales Director . Qualifications: A passion for leading and influencing others. 3+ years of beauty sales and events experience. Previous experience working with geographically dispersed teams is preferred. Beauty savvy and able to represent the company culture that is both polished and professional. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence externally and internally. Must have strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to think, strategize, and present alternative ways to increase business in respective markets. Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Ability to use a smartphone and keep open lines of communication via email, video calls, phone calls, text messages, etc. Available to work across time zones with the flexibility to follow up on items outside of standard business hours, including weekends.
