Together, we build and play in Montana. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(72, 65, 63); font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU'LL DO:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide oversight and final validation of complex estimates, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment across all scopes</li>\n<li>Lead bid strategy and risk assessment in partnership with Estimating Manager, shaping pricing approach for high-value projects</li>\n<li>Perform deep analysis of construction documents to identify scope gaps, design risks, and cost exposures</li>\n<li>Direct vendor and subcontractor strategy, including leveling, negotiations, and final buyout recommendations</li>\n<li>Own final estimate development, including full cost modeling (labor, material, equipment, <span style=\"font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><span>subcontractors, overhead,</span></span> contingency)</li>\n<li>Mentor the estimating team, driving standards, consistency, and continuous process improvement</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU BRING: </span><br></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years of estimating experience with a track record of leading large, complex mechanical/plumbing bids</li>\n<li>Expert-level knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems, including cost drivers, constructability, and installation methods</li>\n<li>Proven ability to own and deliver full-scope estimates independently for high-value, multi-trade projects</li>\n<li>Advanced expertise in interpreting drawings, specs, contracts, and identifying risk gaps before bid</li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in leading bid strategy, subcontractor/vendor negotiations, and final pricing decisions</li>\n<li>Strong leadership presence with experience mentoring estimators and influencing team standards and performance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">BENEFITS &amp; PERKS</span><br></p>\n<p><span>At Williams, we take care of our team with competitive benefits, growth opportunities, and a culture that values work-life balance.
