Our reach extends across 55+ distribution centers and thousands of retail locations in the U.S. and Canada ensuring that we deliver the right door for every opening – from homes to businesses and beyond.</p>\n<p>By joining our team, you become part of a legacy that blends the residential elegance of Clopay, known as \"America’s Favorite Garage Doors,\" with the industrial strength and 180-year heritage of our rolling brands, Cornell and Cookson.  Together, we secure everything from family garages to the world's most iconic stadiums and skyscrapers.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>We currently have an opening for a </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Engineer Customer and Production Support</span><span> in our </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Goodyear, AZ.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Maintain engineering standards and drawings through Engineering Change Orders (ECOs). <br>Complete line extensions to expand product offering. </span></li>\n<li><span>Work with Production and Strategic Manufacturing on Design for Manufacturing (DFM). </span></li>\n<li><span>Work with Strategic Marketing and Marketing to effectively launch new product offerings. </span></li>\n<li><span>Use parametric CAD (Inventor) to create 3D models of parts and assemblies using a variety of manufacturing materials &amp; processes including sheet metal, structural steel, welding, casting, and roll forming. </span></li>\n<li><span>Perform physical and theoretical analysis and testing on parts and systems.  </span></li>\n<li><span>Identify and implement cost reductions and product improvements. </span></li>\n<li><span>Provide support as required for customers, both internal and external. </span></li>\n<li><span>Participate in design reviews and brainstorming activities with other design engineers. </span></li>\n<li><span>Complete projects individually or in collaboration with other design engineers.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Technology, or another similar degree program.</li>\n<li>Proficient in Autodesk Inventor or similar 3D parametric modeling software.</li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Product Suite.</li>\n<li>High Mechanical Aptitude.</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of hand tools and basic shop tools.</li>\n<li>EIT preferred.</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of motors and electrical control equipment preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Choose a Career With Us?</span></p>\n<p>We don't just manufacture doors; we engineer the \"front door\" of the American dream and the security of global commerce.
