The <strong>postdoctoral fellow </strong>will be immersed into a comprehensive learning environment under the mentorship of our experienced Diagnostician and Licensed Psychologist. During the fellowship, trainees will receive extensive training on various diagnostic measures as well as interpersonal assessment skills essential when engaging with families and young children with developmental disabilities.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Fellows will learn the intricacies of conducting assessments and report writing. A pivotal part of this fellowship will be learning to effectively communicate diagnosis information to families, supporting them throughout the process and properly addressing their need and concerns. Fellows will also be trained to write diagnostic reports that influence and inform ABA treatment plans.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Under the close supervision of a licensed psychologist, the fellow would:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct autism spectrum assessment, analyze and interpret data, write evaluation reports, and review results with families.</li><li>Design and implement parent support sessions that meets both individual and group needs for parents of newly diagnosed children.</li><li>Design and implement parent and sibling groups for current clients.</li><li>Consults with parents concerning the needs of client as required.</li><li>Compile, maintain, and file all reports, and other documents as required.</li><li>Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of other experienced individuals, including BCBAs, Occupational Therapists, and Speech and Language Pathologists.&nbsp;</li></ul>",
