This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned environmental professional who is passionate about leading complex projects, mentoring staff, and building strong client relationships. You'll play a key role in managing environmental investigations, remediation programs, brownfield redevelopment projects, and regulatory compliance efforts while helping shape the future growth of our Connecticut environmental practice. As a Senior Environmental Professional | Project Manager, you will: Lead and manage environmental projects from planning through completion, including site investigations, remediation, permitting, compliance, and brownfield redevelopment initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. Provide technical leadership and oversight to multidisciplinary project teams. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and deliverables. Ensure all project work meets regulatory requirements, quality standards, and client expectations. Contribute to business development efforts through client interaction, proposal preparation, networking, and pursuit of new opportunities. Mentor, supervise, and support the growth of early-career and mid-level environmental professionals. Collaborate with internal teams across disciplines to deliver integrated solutions for clients throughout Connecticut and the Northeast. Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Geoscience, or a related field. 8+ years of environmental consulting experience. Connecticut Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP) certification Strong understanding of Connecticut environmental regulations and regulatory programs. Proven project management experience, including budget and schedule management. Demonstrated leadership and staff mentoring experience. Excellent communication, client management, and relationship-building skills. Strong technical writing and report preparation skills.
