          "text": "<ul><li>A Baccalaureate degree in a regulated health profession (e.g. physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing) required</li><li>Completion of a recognized Master’s Degree in a related field required</li><li>Membership/certification from an RHPA College in Ontario required</li><li>Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a clinical manager is preferred</li><li>Greater than five (5) years of relevant experience in a clinical practice capacity preferred</li><li>Experience with inpatient, outpatient, and community based programs and services is an asset</li><li>Proven change management skills combined with the ability to work with and through others</li><li>Strong leadership and motivational skills</li><li>Working knowledge of labour/management practices</li><li>Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, along with effective negotiation skills</li><li>Excellent critical thinking and solution-focused skills</li><li>Ability to work effectively, demonstrate composure under pressure/stressful conditions</li><li>Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and Outlook applications</li></ul>",
