          "text": "<p>The Industrial Maintenance Technician supports a highly automated warehouse environment by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing material handling and automation equipment. This role includes both legacy conveyor systems and next-generation automation, including <strong>AutoStore</strong>, as the facility transitions away from JIQ conveying systems by July 2026.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical warehouse equipment</li><li>Construct and complete maintenance to workstations/racks/carts</li><li>Maintain conveyor systems, packaging machines, palletizers, labeling equipment, and vision systems</li><li>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime and equipment reliability</li><li>Troubleshoot PLC-related faults, sensors, drives, and controls</li><li>Support AutoStore system operations, including robots, grid infrastructure, ports, and interfaces (training provided)</li><li>Document maintenance activities using a CMMS system</li><li>Respond to equipment breakdowns in a fast-paced, production-driven environment</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment</li><li>Ability to read and interpret&#xa0;design&#xa0;specifications and dimensions</li><li>Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills</li><li>Experience working with conveyor and material handling systems</li><li>Working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics</li><li>Exposure to automation, AS/RS, or AutoStore systems is a plus</li><li>Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed</li><li>Strong safety mindset and attention to detail</li></ul>",
