We are looking for a dynamic personality to contribute inspired ideas and creativity.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Create brand awareness through websites, social media, and internal marketing.&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Develop a deep understanding of the demographics, psychographics, and behavioral drivers of the brand&rsquo;s consumer through data.</li><li>Creating company newsletters, eblasts and ads.</li><li>Social media postings and design (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) Researching and implementing SEO &amp; SEM.</li><li>Analyze and track website traffic, set goals to increase traffic.</li><li>Capture and edit creative photos and videos of products and business operations.&nbsp;</li><li>Other tasks as assigned by ownership and management teams.</li><li>Present inspired concepts to&nbsp;the sales and management teams and collaborate ideas&nbsp;effectively.</li><li>Work with the marketing and sales team to identify and leverage any consumer insights and trends that can turn into action specifically as it relates to category management and new product development driving sales growth.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Must be self-motivated- once projects are assigned this position works with minimal to no supervision.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks assigned and meet deadlines accordingly.</li><li>Familiar with SEO</li><li>Photography and videography skills a plus</li><li>Able to use Word Press and other graphic arts programs.&nbsp;</li><li>Must have strong vocabulary and spelling skills.</li><li>Compelling and creative descriptions of products, services, company history, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Present new ideas that will help grow the business and brands.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Details:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul class=\"decimal_type\"><li>Full Time - Hours may vary</li><li>This role works for two separate companies located approx. 5 miles apart. Travel between both businesses may be required to meet with department managers or for marketing work involving photo/video shoots or product design.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Education and/or Experience:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. &nbsp;This position requires a well-organized individual that is self-motivated and takes charge, is dependable and responsible, enjoys new opportunities and challenges, enjoys working with and developing people, deals with criticism calmly and effectively, is careful about detail and is thorough in completing tasks as assigned and on time, is flexible and open to change.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Language Skills:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Able to read, analyze, and interpret ingredient specifications and recipes, general business periodicals, and or governmental regulations. &nbsp;Able to write and develop creative menu and meal plans, and procedure manuals. &nbsp;Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, staff, and owners.</p><p>&nbsp; <strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p><p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Work Environment:</strong></p><p>The noise level in the office environment is usually quiet.&nbsp;Exposure to outdoor elements is possible daily.
