    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>What to Expect in the Role:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for Parts Department Customer Satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Negotiates customer complaints to a satisfactory conclusion.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Develops and implements a marketing plan and operating budget, and regularly submits progress reports to the Store Manager.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Coordinates activities and cooperates with other departments to best serve the customer and the Company.</li>\n <li>Acquire and maintain adequate and productive staff in Parts Department. Direct activities of each member of the Parts Department.</li>\n <li>Orders parts, issues purchase orders and completes regular parts returns.</li>\n <li>Conducts periodic physical inventory.</li>\n <li>Expedites and ensures accuracy of parts orders for customers and the service department.</li>\n <li>Monitors and controls inventory levels.</li>\n <li>Monitors and controls expenses.</li>\n <li>Promotes and merchandises parts and accessory lines.</li>\n <li>Responsible for shortages and shrinkage in the parts department.</li>\n</ul>What We Will Be Needing From You:\n<ul>\n <li>A Parts Manager must have a good understanding of the Lawn &amp; Garden, Commercial, Turf and Farm industries and the parts needs of these customer groups.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Must understand how to conduct business in a manner profitable for all departments and the overall Company.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>This position requires leadership, tact and knowledge, in order to achieve the respect and cooperation of customers and fellow employees.</li>\n <li>Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n</ul>",
