This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to align production plans with customer demand, inventory levels, labor availability, and line capacity while meeting quality and delivery expectations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities of the Position:</strong></p><ul><li>Create and manage daily and weekly production schedules for manufacturing and co-packing lines&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate with buyers, warehouse, and production teams to ensure materials and resources are available to meet client timelines&nbsp;</li><li>Adjust schedules in real time to accommodate changes such as rush orders, equipment downtime, or supply disruptions&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor production progress and communicate status updates, delays, and risks to stakeholders&nbsp;</li><li>Optimize line utilization, minimize downtime, and improve overall production efficiency&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with quality and operations teams to ensure compliance with product specifications and regulatory requirements&nbsp;</li><li>Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement&nbsp;</li><li>Support inventory management by collaborating with demand planners to align production plans with customer schedules and stock levels&nbsp;</li><li>Has the desire &amp; skillset to thrive in a fast-packed, dynamically growing environment&nbsp;</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by Management.</li></ul>",
