    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><strong>SUMMARY&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The Community Family Intervention provider, as a member of the Outpatient Family Services Team is responsible for providing intervention services to children and families. &nbsp;These services may be provided in various locations both internal and external to the organization and is driven by the clinical needs of the entire family unit. &nbsp;Services include, but are not limited to: individual, group and family intervention, crisis intervention, prevention consultation and education, and linkage to needed community resources. &nbsp; This position reports to the Program Director and training elements are provided by the CPST Coordinator.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul id=\"isPasted\"><li>Contributes to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for our clients, colleagues and community partners from diverse backgrounds and experiences.</li><li>Integrates principles of Trauma Informed Care in all aspects of work.</li><li>Is sensitive to the children&rsquo;s culture and socioeconomic characteristics that delivers the best possible care to the youth and families served.</li><li>Provide case management (advocacy, monitoring and linkage services) to children and families participating in the program.</li><li>Provide prevention, consultation, and education services to school staff, youth, and families.</li><li>Assist in the management of crisis situations with the exclusion of restraint.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist students and their families with social, emotional, education adjustment and development.</li><li>Provide billed services at a minimum of 100% of the stated Agency expectation on a monthly basis.&nbsp;</li><li>Transport clients and family members occasionally on an as-needed basis.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of direct and indirect services provided in accordance with ODMH, ADAMH, and agency standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Gather statistical and research information to be used for outcome purposes.&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in staff and team meetings for the schools and agency, staff development and in-service training, planning interventions and regular supervisory conferences.</li><li>Other duties as assigned or requested.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE&nbsp;</strong></p><ul id=\"isPasted\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other related discipline is required.</li><li>Minimum of two years of experience working with children and families preferred.</li><li>Rendering Provider number required based on level of licensure.</li><li>National Provider Identification number required.</li><li>Excel, Word, Outlook, Mapquest and phone skills needed. &nbsp;</li><li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License and Proof of Auto Liability Insurance with required limits needed.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>REASONING ABILITY</strong>&nbsp;
