Join our detail team and be part of a fast-paced, fun dealership environment.</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Purpose of the Position:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">The primary purpose of the Get Ready Team Member role is to aid the sales and marketing efforts of the dealership through cleaning and refurbishing new and pre-owned vehicles for dealership display or delivery to customers.  The efforts of the Get Ready Team are essential in order for the Sales Team to be able to provide a quality experience for our guests in a timely fashion. </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Essential Job Functions:</span></span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for delivery to customers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Clean and prepare new and pre-owned inventory for retail display</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Taking photos of inventory ready for retail display</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Review images from photos for quality control purposes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Assisting the Sales Team in maintaining the vehicle inventory display (inventory location, alignment, etc.)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Conforms to dealership and/or manufacturer specifications and time allowances</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Daily Tasks:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Washes vehicle exterior, cleans interior and exterior windows and wipes down door jambs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"> Applies wax to the auto body, and wipes or buffs surface</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Vacuum interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Cleans upholstery, rugs and other surfaces, using appropriate cleaning agents, applicators and cleaning devices</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Applies revitalizers and preservation agents to interior vinyl or leather surfaces and treats fabrics with spot- and stain-resistant chemicals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Cleans engine and engine compartment with steam-cleaning equipment and various cleaning agents</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Applies special-purpose cleaners to remove foreign materials which normal cleaning procedures do not remove, utilizing experience and judgment and following product manufacturer's recommendations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Inspects vehicles for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery and poor mechanical operation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Restores appearance of engine area, rugs and upholstery and painted surfaces. Uses touch-up paint, dyes and other appropriate materials as directed / needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Uses proper eye, hand and body protection when using products that require protection</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Applies dressing on tires and tire wells</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Maintains showroom and stock vehicles in clean and presentable condition at all times</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Ensures proper stickers are displayed in the vehicle's window</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Follow the documented process to capture images of new and pre-owned vehicles for digital marketing efforts on our websites and other digital properties </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Keep the work area neat and clean</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Reports any safety issues immediately to management</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Other duties as assigned</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Physical Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
