Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC). Ensure delivery of care is compliant with the federal and state regulations. </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing education.</li>\n <li>Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice. </li>\n <li>Must have at least one year experience as a licensed registered nurse (RN).</li>\n <li>Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Education and experience, preferred</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must possess a valid state driver license</li>\n <li>Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law</li>\n <li>Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition</li>\n <li>Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions</li>\n <li>Must possess CPR certification for the healthcare provider</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Information</h2>\n<p><em>Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is an equal opportunity employer.
