In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements, shape the product roadmap, and drive the delivery of an enterprise-grade unified endpoint security SaaS offering.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have a strong background in endpoint security and networking technologies—including secure access (VPN/ZTNA), threat protection, and endpoint security (EPP/EDR)—along with a solid understanding of engineering development cycles. The ability to collaborate effectively with multiple technical product teams is essential for success in this role.</p><p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with various product development &amp; design teams to define and execute Unified Endpoint Platform product roadmap.&nbsp;</li><li>Capture priority issues from technical, sales and support teams and follow up with respective engineering teams to ensure timely resolution.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional groups—Engineering, UX, Support, Marketing, and Sales—to drive alignment and execution.</li><li>Analyze market competitors and customer feedback to guide product decision-making.</li><li>Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create product prototypes and user interfaces.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or Endpoint Protection / EDR space</li><li>5+ years of experience in project or product management role.</li><li>Hands-on experience with security solutions (Firewalls, IPS, Antivirus, Antispam, Endpoint Protection, ZTNA, DLP, etc.).</li><li>Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.</li><li>Highly effective cross-functional team management.</li><li>Strong communication skills (written and verbal)</li><li>Strong analytical abilities and big-picture problem-solving skills, grounded in a deep commitment to customer needs.</li><li>Flexibility and Versatility – the position requires dealing with a wide range of technologies, interfaces, and multiple teams in a highly dynamic hypergrowth environment.</li><li>Expertise in platform architecture and/or SaaS product integration</li><li><p>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline</p><p>&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>About Our Team:</strong></p><p>Join our team, known for its collaborative ethos, working seamlessly with global customers, internal engineering teams and product development groups.
