Provide polite, friendly greetings and interactions with all guests.</p>\n<p>2. Perform assigned duties in what can be a fast paced work environment while interacting with guests and team members.</p>\n<p>3. Ability to explain Product available in specific area (ingredients, flavors, menu items).</p>\n<p>4. Actively provide samples to guests and explain offering as needed.</p>\n<p>5. Efficiently prepare product for sale (frying, cutting, slicing, weighing, pricing and cooking).</p>\n<p>6. Maintain product level, quality and freshness according to station guidelines.</p>\n<p>7. Maintain sanitation standards in the cooler, freezer, prep area and sales area.</p>\n<p>8. Communicate guest requests to management and/or satisfy request in a timely manner.</p>\n<p>9. Communicate temperature and/or product breakdowns to supervisor.</p>\n<p>10. Keep supply and work area neat, clean and tidy at all times.</p>\n<p>11. Maintain proper grooming and uniform standard.</p>\n<p>12. Ability to execute and train on duties of all hosts as outlined above</p>\n<p>13. Work with management to ensure proper standards are maintained</p>\n<p>14. Ability to work with management on orders</p>\n<p>15. Ability to assist in completing schedules</p>\n<p>16. Performs front end duties to insure “no noticeable wait” standard is maintained.</p>\n<p>17. Announce specials and sale info on the PA system.</p>\n<p>18. Assist in product receiving and storage.</p>\n<p>19. Perform all other duties as assigned by management.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>1. Minimum of 1 year prior food service preparation experience is a must</p>\n<p>2. Prior supervisory experience is a plus</p>\n<p>3. Friendly, outgoing personality.</p>\n<p>4. Ability to work well with others.</p>\n<p>5. Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.</p>\n<p>6. Ability to read and understand information and direction.</p>\n<p>7. Effective communication, customer service and selling skills.</p>\n<p>8. Must be at least 18 years old.</p>\n<p>9.
