HV and LV Harness: </u></strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualification, Experience and Competency requirements:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Preferred Education - E./B.Tech Electrical/Automotive/Mechanical Engineering with Automotive Industry experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Essential:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5 years of relevant experience in automotive wiring harness</li>\n <li>Experience in Design of Wiring Harness – LV & HV</li>\n <li>Hands on Experience in Routing & Packaging in UGNX </li>\n <li>Good knowledge in design basics, vehicle packaging studies, Architecture, and statutory requirements etc.,</li>\n <li>Cross functional experience in Design</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Roles & Responsibilities</u></strong> (Not limited to)</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for the parts from cradle to grave deliverables.</li>\n <li>Responsible to ensure parts / drawings match the models (Model is Master)</li>\n <li>Responsible to ensure ECN/ECR/FETE are clearly written and meet all requirements</li>\n <li>Confirm / understand / validate the change is necessary for the vehicle</li>\n <li>Conduct FPSO (first piece sign off) and support PSO activity with SQ</li>\n <li>Responsible for GIMS /ISS ownership / root cause / corrective action.</li>\n <li>Support launch activity at the assembly plant</li>\n <li>Review of AMPS sheets required for assembly plants</li>\n <li>Support vehicle/component DFMEA / DVP (ensure CC) / FO / Design Rule activity</li>\n <li>Review and validate the supplier DFMEA and DVP</li>\n <li>Active engagement in packaging meetings (ACE)</li>\n <li>Responsible for PDP</li>\n <li>Identify and confirm related Vehicle Functions (VF) requirements are met</li>\n <li>Manage 2D drawings, 3D to 2D comparison</li>\n <li>Support complexity chart (EEHD)</li>\n <li>Active engagement in scroll reviews</li>\n <li>Compliance reports</li>\n <li>Support owner’s manual images</li>\n <li>Issue source packages</li>\n <li>Support standardization and harmonization of components and documents</li>\n <li>Responsible to process any required DTCRs for their component</li>\n <li>Responsible to resolve issues discovered in CN sweeps</li>\n <li>HV Cable Standard Practice Knowledge for routing, safety, accessibility, service</li>\n <li>HV Cable Child Component selection based on surrounding environment</li>\n <li>Knowledge in any of the HV Harness Global Standards (ISO/SAE/ECE) must</li>\n <li>Experience in OEM in design, development, testing, validation, and release of HV Cables in specific Product Lifecycle Management is must</li>\n <li>EMI/EMC standards specific to HV Cables is needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>BE in Electrical/Mech/Automobile Engg with knowledge of automobile parts (Electrical system)</p>\n<h2>Essential skills</h2>\n<p><strong><u>3D CAD Engineer -
