Responsible for maintaining a safe and productive work environment, meeting production targets, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>ProductionSupervision and Leadership:</li><li>Lead and supervise a team of production operatorsin the day-to-day operations.</li><li>Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.</li><li>Provide technical supportandassistin troubleshooting equipment issues.</li><li>Address mechanical, operational, and technical downtime issues within department.</li><li>Production Planning and Scheduling:</li><li>Collaborate with Plant Manager to schedule optimized production runs and ensure on-time delivery of products.</li><li>Optimize production processes to achieve maximum efficiency and output.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Quality Control:</p><ul start=\"3\"><li>Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure that products meet specified criteria.</li><li>Monitor production processes and address any deviations from quality standards promptly.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Process Improvement:</p><ul start=\"4\"><li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.</li><li>Work closely with Manufacturing Engineer and Process Engineer to optimize tooling and mold processes.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Environment, Health, and Safety:</p><ul start=\"5\"><li>Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all employees follow EH&amp;S guidelines.</li><li>Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to maintain a safe working environment.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Equipment Maintenance:</p><ul start=\"6\"><li>Partner with maintenance team to ensure the timely maintenance and calibration of injection molding machines and related equipment.</li><li>Coordinate with the maintenance team to address any equipment malfunctions promptly.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Documentation and Reporting:</p><ul start=\"7\"><li>Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, quality control data, and employee performance records.</li><li>Prepare and present regular reports on production performance and key metrics.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Team Collaboration:</p><ul start=\"8\"><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and logistics, to achieve overall business objectives.</li><li>Foster a collaborative and positive work culture.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>Continuous Improvement:<ul><li>Drive continuous improvement efforts to identify and eliminate waste, reduce cost, and improve quality.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Job Qualifications: &nbsp;</p><ul><li>AAS degree or related job experience, in a technical discipline; mechanical or manufacturing engineering preferred.</li><li>Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role</li><li>Experience inusingvarious typesof manufacturing machinery and tools.</li><li>Organizational and leadership abilities</li><li>Communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Self-motivated with a results-driven approach</li><li>Must be legally authorized to work in the United States</li><li>Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.</li><li>Strong computer skills, includingproficiencywith MS Office applications.</li><li>Strong multi-tasking skills.
