Description
Hacksaw Gaming is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Account Manager to join the team in our UK office. If you genuinely enjoy building relationships, are eager to learn, and take pride in representing high-quality products, this role could be a great fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the development and maintenance of strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and growth.
Assisting in managing a portfolio of clients with a structured and consultative approach.
Working closely with clients to help optimize game performance, including Slots, Scratchcards, and Instant Win Games.
Identifying opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell, aligning new products with client needs and objectives.
Contributing to regular performance reviews by gathering insights and supporting strategic recommendations.
Keeping up to date with industry trends, regulations, and company updates, and sharing relevant information with clients.
Supporting the promotion of new products, features, and campaigns to drive engagement and performance.
Helping to improve the overall client experience by identifying areas for enhancement.
Participating in industry events and exhibitions, building relationships and increasing brand visibility.
Collaborating with internal teams and assisting with ad-hoc business or client needs.
Requirements:
Motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn and grow in a client-facing role;
Strong communication and presentation skills;
Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks;
A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach;
Interest in achieving targets and contributing to team success;
Basic understanding of commercial agreements is a plus;
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
