By meeting and consistently striving to exceed industry training and safety standards, Infrastructure Logistics is a trusted provider for all heavy equipment and load transportation needs.<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Job Summary</span></span><br>Reporting to the Operations Manager, the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AZ</span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Driver - Night </span>responsibilities include pick-up and delivery of various construction products throughout Southern Ontario (primarily the GTA). You will be required to perform &amp; record all trip inspections as well as comply with documentation requirements. <br><br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate commercial vehicles, including roll-off trucks and tractor trailers, to transport goods and materials safely to designated locations.</li>\n<li>Conduct thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles meet all mechanical, safety, and regulatory standards.</li>\n<li>Safely load and unload cargo using proper equipment, securing materials to prevent shifting, damage, or safety hazards.</li>\n<li>Plan, adjust, and follow efficient routes and schedules to meet delivery timelines and optimize operational productivity.</li>\n<li>Comply with all traffic laws, transportation regulations, and company policies while operating commercial vehicles.</li>\n<li>Adhere strictly to safety procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and damage to equipment or cargo.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and detailed records of driving hours, mileage, fuel usage, cargo information, and deliveries to satisfy regulatory and company requirements.</li>\n<li>Promptly report accidents, incidents, equipment defects, and safety concerns to management for timely follow-up and resolution.</li>\n<li>Deliver cargo in a timely, safe, and professional manner, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, warehouse staff, and supervisors to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues.</li>\n<li>Represent the company with professionalism, courtesy, and a high level of customer service during all interactions with clients and the public.</li>\n<li>Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including checking fluid levels, inspecting tires, and completing minor repairs as needed.</li>\n<li>Report mechanical issues or system malfunctions to maintenance personnel to ensure timely servicing and prevent operational downtime.</li>\n<li>Maintain vehicle cleanliness and organization to support safe, efficient, and reliable operation.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with dispatchers, supervisors, and team members to support coordinated operations, resolve scheduling challenges, and ensure workflow efficiency.</li>\n<li>Participate actively in team communication, sharing relevant information and contributing to a cooperative and supportive work environment.</li>\n<li>Perform other related duties as assigned to support operational needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience operating, flatbed, roll-off trucks and tractor trailers.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience hauling heavy machinery and oversized loads.</li>\n<li>Current and valid AZ Driver’s Licence with a clean driving abstract.</li>\n<li>Ability to provide a current and valid CVOR.</li>\n<li>Must be able to safely operate trucks with a manual (Standard transmission)<br></li>\n<li>Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain up-to-date knowledge of routes throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).</li>\n<li>Effective team player with strong collaboration skills.</li>\n<li>Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English fluently.</li>\n<li>High level of professionalism with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.</li>\n<li>Self-motivated, punctual, reliable, and highly safety conscious.</li>\n<li>Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and varying schedules, as well as the ability to work in all weather conditions.</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of load securement principles and practices.</li>\n<li>Experience assisting with manual labour and physically demanding tasks.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Compensation and Benefits</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary - $36 - $40 per hour</li>\n<li>Extended Health, dental and Vision</li>\n<li>Employee Assistance Program</li>\n<li>Daily lunch subsidy</li>\n<li>Company events</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Who We Are</span></span><br>We are a global leader in road safety, united by a single mission: keeping road users safe.
